Job Description
To be fully responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of the company website, ensuring that brand continuity is maintained.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Liaising closely with the customer or client at the design stage. Advising the client on the categories and information needed to construct the site. Designing a draft site for client approval or modification. Writing web pages in a combination of codes such as hypertext mark-up language (HTML), JavaScript, CSS, Flash. Conduct presentations, internally and externally, to promote the company web site. Testing the web sites for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions.
- To design Web sites and ensure that they are visually effective and easy to access.
- To upload the websites onto the Internet.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to Hand Code with HTML Strong knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, JavaScript and Flash. Art, Design or Media based qualifications (A-Levels/Degree)
- In-depth knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques.
- A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.

Attend to clients and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding MonkeyFish to the general public, clients and customers. The applicant must have excellent communication skills and experience on telephones and dealing with the general public. They must show attention to detail and have good organization skills, they also must be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers

Our sales team will be making outbound calls to new customers so must have excellent communication skills and a polite manner. Constantly searching for new leads our Sales Executives must have an ethical working style and gain trust of the customer. As the sales are B2B you must have researching skills and be able to create strong relationships over a short period of time. Our Sales Executives go that extra mile for our clients so you must be willing to travel to meet existing and new clients. Sales Executives are the face of the company so you must be presentable and smart. You must have negotiating skills, have patience and have an excellent sense of business. As well as gaining new clients Sales Executives must then manage their accounts. This entails keeping good communication with the client, ensuring all SEO work is kept up to date and answering any questions or queries the client may have. You are the first port of call for the client and therefore must create an excellent impression and maintain a professional attitude at all times. Sales Executives have excellent room to earn commission and grow throughout the company.
